Wellbeing,
The Ahimsa way...

Ahimsa isn’t just our name—it’s the heart of everything we do. It’s in the way we honor your wellbeing, the Earth’s resources, and the interconnectedness of all life.

Everything we create and offer is rooted in the principle of AHIMSA, the ancient Sanskrit word meaning non-harm or compassion for all living beings. This philosophy guides not only how we treat ourselves and others but also how we care for the Earth.

Meet Emma

Hi, I’m Emma, the heart behind AHIMSA Wellbeing. My journey into holistic healing began in my teens when I became a dedicated Reiki Master. This path led me to explore the transformative power of shamanism, guiding me to India to train as an Ayurvedic Therapist and then to Thailand to study the art of Thai Massage.

Alongside my work as an Ayurvedic Therapist and Reiki Drum Facilitator, I’m also a wife and mother to two amazing daughters.

It’s an honor to support you on your healing journey, holding space with warmth, compassion, and an open heart.

A little more about me...

I’ve always walked a different path. As a child, I never quite fit into the mold—I was a rebellious free spirit, drawn more to the mysteries of the universe than to the usual chatter of school life. From a young age, I was captivated by the esoteric, astrology, and even quantum physics. Then, at 17, a life-changing gift set me on my journey—a Reiki course for my birthday. Being deeply sensitive and intuitive, I was immediately hooked. I went on to become a Reiki Master/Teacher and later trained in the Reiki Drum Technique, a practice that unlocked powerful insights and ultimately guided me to India.

Fifteen years ago, I set off alone—both nervous and exhilarated—to the sacred Nilgiri Mountains, where I immersed myself in Ayurveda, training as an Ayurvedic Therapist. This experience transformed me, deepening my connection to ancient healing wisdom. My thirst for learning led me to Thailand, where I studied the art of Thai Massage, and later to England, California, and Sedona, where I explored various shamanic traditions.

Born and raised in Surrey, England, my journey eventually brought me to Los Angeles in 2013, where my husband and I built a life and welcomed our two daughters. It was there, in the warmth of Southern California, that my passion for plant medicine blossomed. I began growing herbs, crafting oils, and formulating blends to support my own well-being, as well as that of my children, friends, and family.

In 2021, we made the move to Fort Collins, Colorado, where I fully stepped into my calling—sharing my handcrafted oils and offering the sacred healing modalities I’ve gathered over the years.

Today, my practice continues to grow as more people discover the profound benefits of Ayurveda, spiritual healing, and the magic of a well-nourished nervous system.

"My work is my passion, my purpose, and my offering to the world—a space where healing, transformation, and deep connection unfold"
