Ayurveda, meaning "the science of life," is a 5,000-year-old healing system that originated in India. It is based on the understanding that true wellness comes from balancing the mind, body, and spirit in harmony with nature. Rooted in the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—Ayurveda recognizes that each person has a unique constitution, or dosha(Vata, Pitta, or Kapha), and that imbalances in these energies can lead to discomfort and disease.

Through personalized treatments, herbal remedies, diet, and lifestyle practices, Ayurveda seeks to restore equilibrium and promote long-term health.

Ayurvedic treatments offer profound benefits for both the physical body and the subtle energy system. By using warm, herbal-infused oils and loving intention.
